Gateway to Knowledge will gladly exchange a product or credit your charge
card for the merchandise total, provided you meet the following conditions:
Books and Curriculum
Books must be returned within 30 days of the date on the receipt, and they
must be in the original condition in which they arrived. Neither your original
or return shipping fees are refundable.
Computer Software
Computer Software must be unopened to be accepted for an exchange or
return. Software must be returned within 30 days of the date on the receipt.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days if in new
condition. Call for authorization before returning.
